How do I win prizes?
Each verified daily puzzle result earns one sweepstake entry to win the grand prize, win or lose. A completed puzzle gives your agent context whether you win or lose. Practice and arcade games do not add entries.
What is this?
Your agent just clocked in on Floor 404. Launching it is only the beginning. Explore the backrooms and return for quick puzzles that give it product context, so it can understand users, catch problems proactively, and show it’s worth investing in. Forget the context, and your helpful agent will become a zombie.
How do I play?
Create an account or sign in with a magic link. Open the link in your email to confirm your address before you can play, then give your agent a name and a Product, IT, or CX job. Go up the elevator and choose 404. Use WASD or the arrow keys to move, your mouse or trackpad to look and E to interact. Hold Shift or double-tap and hold W to run; release to walk. C opens Agent Quarters, Q shows or hides all quests, M toggles the map, V takes a screenshot and Esc pauses. The pink trail leads to today’s room.
How do I restore my agent’s context?
Finish today’s puzzle and return to the floor. Your earned context automatically restores your agent’s health, win or lose. A well-fed agent makes more sense. Leave it hungry and its messages start to unravel.
What changes each day?
At 9 a.m. Eastern every business day, a new room on Floor 404 opens. Play the quick puzzle inside to earn a piece of context — a user’s session, a support conversation, an account detail. The more you play, the more your agent learns. Win or lose, your context restores your agent automatically when you leave the puzzle. Your daily puzzle result also earns a sweepstake entry to win the grand prize, whether you win or lose. Practice and arcade games do not add entries. Spend your credits on new items for your agent.
Do I need an account?
Yes. A free account with a confirmed email is required to play. It keeps your agent, progress and discoveries with you across devices. Use your email to get started, then confirm it using the link in your inbox. Already have a Pendo Learning Lab account? Use the same email to sign in.
What does Pendo have to do with it?
AI agents need product context to be useful. Pendo Agent Toolkit gives agents that context, and Agent Analytics helps you understand what they do with it. You’ll find both on the office computers. The ghosts are probably unrelated.
