At Pendomonium 2021, a top priority will be health and safety. Based on recent CDC guidance, Pendo will be following all local mandates regarding COVID19. We will ensure the event venues have implemented advanced health and safety procedures for our event such as increased cleaning schedules of facilities, providing health and safety kits to all attendees (wipes, masks, and hand sanitizers), and allowing for ample room to social distance for added comfort. The event will take place entirely outdoors (Red Hat Amphitheater) in space that allows for maximum social distancing. Attendees who join us at Pendomonium agree that they will be fully vaccinated prior to the event. We also advise attendees to review the COVID19 health screening questions and to stay at home if they are experiencing symptoms or have been exposed to COVID19 within 14 days of the event.

Yes. After registering online, attendees will receive an automated email confirming their registration.

All registration fees for the event are in U.S. Dollars and are payable via credit card (Discover, MasterCard, or Visa). Should you not be able to utilize a credit card, please contact your CSM for assistance. All fees must be received prior to the event or paid onsite before a badge will be issued.

Yes. If you register and pay but are unable to attend, you can transfer your registration to a colleague from your organization until October 1, 2021. Please submit all transfer requests to [email protected] and include the first name, last name, title, organization and email address of the new attendee. Any hotel reservations made will need to be cancelled and/or changed directly with the hotel.

If you registered for Pendomonium and are unable to attend, please cancel your registration as soon as possible.

Cancellations received after 5:00pm Pacific Daylight Time on Friday, September 12th will be charged 50% of the tuition cost. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Hotel reservations should be canceled directly with the hotel.

We’re inviting customers to join us on October 13 at Pendomonium, a one-day, live, 100% outdoor product festival at Raleigh’s Red Hat Amphitheater. From daybreak to nightfall, we’ll have major keynotes, tented breakouts, live music, and lots and lots of food trucks.

We’re partnering with the North Carolina Department of Health to ensure we adhere to the highest safety standards, including requiring every attendee to have been fully vaccinated.

Your conference badge and name tag will serve as your ticket and provide you access to the events you are registered to attend. You must wear your badge at all times.

If you lose your badge, you will need to go the registration desk and will be provided a new conference badge. You will be charged $100 for the replacement badge.
