Michelle Grupinski

Michelle is a Product Experience (PX) manager at Pendo. With a background in education and counseling Michelle moved into the tech space to create experiences that deeply connect software to the humans it was built to help. Michelle’s mantra is that “technology is built for people and their problems” and she has held various roles to deliver better experiences for end users including lifecycle/growth marketing, product marketing and product management.

Landing in Product Experience, Michelle is focused on making Pendo feel one-size-fits-one for every end user. A three-time customer of Pendo, Michelle is a self-proclaimed super fan and most recently had the opportunity to help build her personal most-requested feature: Pendo Orchestrate.
