Brianna and Danielle are part of the Coaching and Training Service team at athenahealth. We are responsible for ensuring that our Pendo program has a strong foundation, governance and overall best practices as grow and scale the program. Additionally, we are responsible for the overall guide builds – 200 in flight as of April 2024.
