Jen Bessette

Jen Bessette is a product leader with over 13 years of experience in the EdTech space. Coming up through the start-up world, she had the unique opportunity to play a hands-on role in all aspects of the business, eventually developing the company’s first product team. While serving as a Director of Product, Jen became passionate about coaching and enabling product teams to make decisions balancing user, customer, and business needs. She later joined McGraw Hill as the first enterprise Product Operations hire, working with teams across the organization to improve efficiencies around making data-informed decisions. Her greatest professional joy comes from seeing teams get inspired and energized by uncovering new impactful insights. While not in sessions at Pendomonium, you will either find her in the Product Tent introducing her team to Pendozers (and likely making a feature request or 2) or scoring points to win some fun Pendo gear!
