Liz Feller found her Nelnet Business Services family in 2019 and now leads in all areas Pendo, analytics, and design systems. Whether it’s innovating on new ways to solve wicked problems or analyzing how to translate work into cost savings and ROI, she’s always focused on providing a superior customer experience and communicating openly and honestly. Oh, and she has close to 2,000 guides under her belt! Originally from north Dallas, she attended college at UT Austin where she met her husband (in Longhorn Band!) and they live near DFW with their two children and their dog and cat. In her spare time Liz enjoys the outdoors, reading Stephen King novels, and doing the NYT crossword puzzle.
