Marie-therese McCann

Marie-therese McCann is the Director of UX at ESO, an organisation which creates data driven solutions that improve community health and safety. She is dedicated to fostering a user-centric design culture that prioritises customer impact to drive business outcomes. Her passion lies in creating collaborate team environments that can solve complex problems and by understanding human behaviour her team can create user experiences which anticipate and deliver for everyone. Marie-therese is also an NN/g UX Certified professional and a Web Accessibility Specialist (IAAP), committed to promoting inclusivity and accessibility. In her spare time, she has co-led Ladies that UX in Belfast and has spoken recently at Product Tank events.
