Sara Almekinder

Sara Almekinder is the Manager of Digital Engagement for Paylocity, where she and her team use Pendo in-app guidance to manage interactions, prompt action, and increase product utilization. For over 20 years, Sara has leveraged technology to improve the customer experience, focusing on using data to understand and enhance omni-channel journeys. As a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and curator of digital experiences, Sara strives to eliminate clutter in customers’ digital lives by presenting content to the right people when and where it is relevant.
