Stephanie is a Director of User Experience and leads a team of Content Designers, User Researchers, and Pendo/Adoption Managers for the Citrix business unit at Cloud Software Group. Her team is responsible for empowering customers to explore and adopt relevant features and functionality across the Citrix platform while utilizing research insights to empathize and enhance the user experience. As a Pendo customer for over eight years, her team manages 25 different Pendo subscriptions, utilizing several Pendo capabilities (in-app guides, feature tagging, track events, NPS, etc.).
